Step 4: Teacher recommendation is given to current teacher or childcare provider to complete. The completed form may be scanned and emailed back to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to Gordon School Admission Office, 45 Maxfield Ave., East Providence, RI 02914. Be sure to scroll down and print out the correct grade level form.
Step 5: Submit any additional educational testing, standardized scores, and supplemental information.
Once all of the above steps have been completed, the application will be considered complete.
PLEASE NOTE: The application and school visit need to be completed prior to February 15th in order to receive priority consideration. Notification of admission decision is first week of March.
